I have taught as a solo instructor at both the MBA and undergraduate levels at the Ross School of Business. I have taught both negotiations and introductory organizational behavior courses. I am prepared to teach core Organizational Behavior courses, as well as courses related to negotiations, leadership, teams, power, conflict, emotions, and interpersonal dynamics.
Designed and taught a four-weekend MBA negotiations course covering distributive and integrative bargaining, influence tactics, and negotiation strategy in a global business context.
Taught a semester-long core undergraduate organizational behavior course, introducing foundational theories of individual, interpersonal, and group behavior in organizations.
